The system contains Health and Safety information on the reverse of the passes ensuring that all visitors are made aware of company procedures. Each sheet contains 10 passes, Entry fields include Name of Visitor, Company they are representing, Visitor Host, Date, Time in and Vehicle Registration. Separate card sheets enable the holder to register the time that the visitor left the building and there is also a card insert to prevent the NCR system transferring onto more pages than required.
